So...
2 days ago I broke up with my boyfriend of almost 2 years. This was the second time I broke up with him and obviously I never should have decided to take him back. This time its definitely for good and I hope that he finds someone that makes him ridiculously happy. He just wasn't the right guy for me and I didn't want to waste his time or my own any longer.
Day 1 - I worked a wedding doing hair and makeup for the bride and her bridesmaid. It went so great and everyone loved what I did. Afterwards I was able to get so much accomplished I was almost shocked. At the end of the night I was exhausted so I sat down to a glass of wine and had a relaxing evening and planned for the next day.
Day 2 - today again, I got lots done, things I had been putting off for months and months. Not everything is finished just yet but I imagine it will be soon enough since I have all this free time on my hands now. Something I've been putting off for far too long is getting into better shape. It's something I've struggled with periodically throughout my life. When I did my grocery shopping yesterday I was trying to be somewhat conscious of what I was buying but at the same time I did splurge a little on a couple things. Tonight I realized its time to start exercising again and hopefully that will help me want to be more conscious of eating better as well. Tomorrow is the perfect day to start exercising again especially since I don't have to work anyway. I may have to adjust my workout schedule to accomodate my Wednesday work day so I guess in the morning or after the dentist ill get started. I weighed myself a couple days ago and weighed 210.5 (yes I even watch the .5). I also got the battery changed in my perimeter watch so I can finally track my walking again too, which has been seriously lacking since I got a car in January. I'll keep everyone posted on how I'm doing in hopes that it will keep me motivated and maybe inspire someone else too. de
